TRAINING SESSION #23– What Should You Expect From Your Trainer?
I travel around the world and watch trainers teaching classes or conducting private sessions with their clients. There are many times when I see a client become frustrated or the trainer tells me he or she has a high drop out rate. Why is that? Here are a few tips that I give trainers around the world to help them to encourage you to return to class each week while helping you stay motivated to train. Training your dog should be fun! If your instructor isn’t living up to your expectations, don’t leave. Discuss your concerns. Who ends up losing in the end? Your dog! For more information and to purchase a training manual on this topic, please visit www.sthuberts.org or email thofer@sthuberts.org for an order form.
