How do I go about having your songwriters
and music producers produce a record for
me?
This is our basic policy:
If you would like us to write you an original
hit song and
produce it for you, we charge per song.
This includes writing the music and lyrics, arrangement,
musicians, backup singers if needed, studio,
production and recording of
your vocals and/or
performance on an instrument, mixdown and mastering.
We
will produce our song in the style of your choice,
and of course make
recommendations as to the best
possible production and style for our
song. We retain
all copyrights and publishing rights to our original
songs. |
How does your payment plan work?
If you would like us to write and produce one song only for
you,
we charge $750 per song. If you would like us to write and
produce two or more
songs for you, we charge $500 per song.
You will also receive an artist-producer agreement
which
spells out additional terms. (e.g. Wintertainment retains
all writer and publishing
rights to all songs. Initial producer fee
will be deducted from future production royalties
should you distribute your CD through a record label, etc.)
